Privacy Policy
How DAOCALM LLC handles website inquiries, business contact information, and data in agreed enterprise services.
Effective date: October 24, 2026
1. Scope and responsible company
DAOCALM LLC is responsible for the personal information it collects for its website and business relationships. Our business mailing address is 1207 Delaware Avenue, Suite 3685, Wilmington, DE 19806. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].
This policy covers the public website, access requests, sales and support communications, and our own administration of enterprise relationships. When we process customer workloads solely on an enterprise customer’s instructions, that customer’s privacy notice and our agreement with that customer govern the processing. References below to enterprise accounts or workloads apply only when those services have been separately enabled.
2. Information involved
- Information you send: name, business email, company, job-related details, requested product, intended use, and the content of messages or attachments you choose to send.
- Website connection information: our hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, requested page addresses, timestamps, browser or device information, and security events to deliver and protect the website.
- Enterprise administration: where an account is enabled, authorized-user details, account identifiers, access and usage records, support history, and billing or contract contacts.
- Customer workloads: prompts, files, media, workflow instructions, outputs, and associated records only where a contracted deployment accepts and processes them. Their content depends on the customer’s instructions.
Please provide only what is needed for your inquiry. Do not include passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, government identifiers, sensitive health information, or confidential production data in public inquiry forms or email.
3. How the public forms work
The website’s contact and Request Access forms prepare an editable email draft in your browser. You may copy the draft or open it in your own mail application. Completing a form does not submit its contents to a DAOCALM server or create an enterprise account. We receive the request only if you send the prepared email. Your mail application and email provider handle the draft and delivery under their own terms and privacy policies.
Enterprise Provisioned Access is arranged through an approved onboarding process. The public Pilot Workspace page accepts onboarding and sign-in assistance inquiries, including an Organization ID if one has been assigned. Organization-specific sign-in URLs and SSO authorization are handled through the enterprise onboarding instructions. Do not send passwords or API secrets with an access inquiry.
4. Purposes and legal grounds
We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, assess requested access, communicate about services, administer agreements, deliver authorized workloads, provide support, investigate misuse, and meet legal obligations. We may use business contact information for service-related follow-up; you can ask us to stop optional promotional communications.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing or preparing a contract, legitimate interests such as operating and protecting our business where those interests do not override individual rights, compliance with legal obligations, or consent when required. Consent may be withdrawn for future processing without affecting prior lawful processing. Merely accepting service terms does not substitute for consent where separate consent is required.
5. Service providers and disclosures
The public website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and network services necessarily process connection data to deliver pages. Email providers process messages you choose to send. For an enabled enterprise deployment, relevant cloud infrastructure, support providers, and model or workflow providers may process information needed for their assigned role. The applicable customer agreement determines the deployment and any required processor terms; visiting this website does not submit a workload to an AI model.
We may also disclose necessary information to professional advisers, to comply with valid legal requirements, to protect rights or investigate security incidents, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use the public inquiry forms to train AI models. Any separate enterprise model-training arrangements must be expressly addressed in the customer agreement.
6. Cookies and local browser features
The public website does not intentionally set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Hosting and security services may use technical measures necessary to deliver or protect the site. Your browser or mail application may separately save form information or drafts according to your settings. Browser controls can limit storage and cookies. If a future feature introduces optional analytics or marketing tracking, we will update this notice and provide any choices required before enabling that processing.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, considering the status of an inquiry or relationship, contractual duties, legal recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and security needs. Customer workload retention and deletion depend on the agreed deployment. Information may remain in restricted backups until normal deletion cycles complete or be retained where law requires it.
We seek to use safeguards appropriate to the information and service involved. No website, email system, or storage method can guarantee complete security. Please report suspected exposure to [email protected] without including the exposed secret itself. Specific enterprise security commitments are established in the applicable agreement.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain uses. Email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” and describe your request. We may ask for proportionate verification or evidence of an authorized agent’s authority. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful exception.
If we deny a request, you may reply with “Privacy Appeal” for review. Where applicable, you can also complain to your privacy regulator or state attorney general. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights. If your information is part of an enterprise customer’s workload, contact that organization first; we will assist as required by our agreement and law.
9. International processing and children
DAOCALM is a United States company. Website, email, and enabled enterprise providers may process information in the United States or other locations relevant to the service. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, those safeguards must be implemented for the relevant processing. The services are intended for adult business users and are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can assess and address it.
10. Policy updates and contact
We will publish changes with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Changes do not override existing contractual data protection obligations. For questions, contact [email protected] or write to DAOCALM LLC, 1207 Delaware Avenue, Suite 3685, Wilmington, DE 19806.
